I made all illustrations for the book and have selected four illustrations to be part of this art print series.
This one features teen Antonio looking at a board on who made the team. The story goes that Antonie was benched and instead of breaking him, it motivated him and he focused on getting better. Today we almost can’t imagine him not starting.
